This win over Ed's is going to provide ridiculous confidence for the Tarblooders the rest of the season. I feel bad for any team they face come playoff time. Perry and Lake are decent teams - but they are not Glenville.

Coop had a legit backfield! I grew up on those teams, it was brutal every last Saturday 😫
 
Instant classic of a game. With no dog in the fight, it was a fun game to watch. Two very even and very good teams going head to head. Congratulations Glenville on a great win.
 
Glenville has a breather game next weekend against Rhodes. That'll give them some time to rest up. Because after that, it's Hoban. That should be a great game

I'd agree with that. I'm glad Glenville is playing Avon, Ed's and Hoban. Those teams prepare you for a deep playoff run. It's also nice that Ed's and Hoban are in the middle of and late in the season. That helps Glenville stay sharp and engaged the whole season. Before, when they'd just have Senate teams weeks 4-10, they probably got bored. That can happen when your competition isn't good. You end up having to flip a switch come playoff time. That's less of a problem now. They'll be prepared for Lake Catholic, Perry or whoever they face

Not the caliber of football that Glenville has seen but I'd be shocked if Perkins didn't give them a game this year. They are stupid good for a D4 in this part of the state. Even without Sturzinger.

I noticed that as well. And the fifth non-league opponent, Upper Arlington was knocked out by Liberty.

its not even fair when you guys have 110 kids on the sidelines at the games OHSSA is already thinking of moving you guys out of d4 and moving you to d3. The thing I get you play no d4 teams on your schedule
