Deepest Weight (Top 30)
D1: 138
D2: 126
D3: 157

Tied for Second Deepest Weight (Top 25)
D1: 106, 113, 126, 132
D2: 120, 132, 138, 165
D3: 113, 132, 150, 175

Just to clarify, deepest weight and second deepest weight are not about the strength at the top of the weight, but the strength from #21 thru #25 or #21 thru #30. Like most years, some weights look MUCH stronger than others but changes after the initial release tend to usually help even them out a little.

106 is always the toughest weight to rank because of the unknown returnees and the growth of incoming freshman (some kids may be very undersized). If I missed any wrestlers that are set to return to 106 PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

If you have any weight changes/questions/suggestions/etc. please Email me at Borofanohio@gmail.com or PM me on here. I have been moving wrestlers around like crazy the past few weeks after receiving projected lineups from coaches/parents, so please let me know if I have multiple wrestlers ranked at the same weight or if I missed a previous head-to-head result (WHICH IS VERY POSSIBLE)

I am expecting many changes early on, so I will make changes every day at 1 PM and 11 PM thru July 31st and then move to just 11 PM updates in August. I will post all of the weights that had changes on here like usual.

Thanks to whoever has been clicking (y)

Interesting in D3, did Cleveland Central Catholic get rid of wrestling because their entire team is wrestling for Trinity now?

Christmas in July when Boro releases his first set of rankings!

I could very well see Wilson, Ginter or Petite jumping up to 157 (Joy already making a huge jump so I doubt he would)

HVY is stacked 1-8 D.1

I don't see how Aidan Peterson doesn't fit into the lineup for the Eagles next season.

Not complaining just asking for justification.
Based on the 2025 class rankings and previous head-to-head results in their careers, Huhn (LaSalle) beat Tucker, Huhn then lost to King a couple months later. Obviously old results from a couple years ago aren't always accurate, but it's hard to rank two guys that have competed at different weights in-season.

Tucker has never lost to King, Huhn won on a fluke in pool play at GIT, which Tucker ultimately ended up winning his Freshman year when Rosslei beat Huhn in the semis and Tucker beat Rosselli 7-1 in the finals. I know its difficult but you have a guy that is undefeated in his high school career in the month of march I would say he gets the nod, but hey its your show you call it like you see it

He will be there at 190 or 215 (he'd be undersized but...)

Woodcock is the first mover to 157.

Another name to watch at 285 is #13 Brandon Caesar. He has only been wrestling for a couple years at most and seems to improve every week/event. His most notable win last year came over #5 Woodi at their conference tournament, but he does have a few losses to lower-ranked opponents as well. He has D1 football offers from Alabama, USC, Penn State and many others, so he's quite the athlete.

I have received about 364923 different lineups for Eds. It sounds like either Peterson or Waugh will be the odd man out.

I have followed the Suburban League for decades, Joy has never been ranked 1 to “start” a season. He is ranked 4th nationally, but not number one in Ohio. Everyone has to remember this is just someones opinion!
Do you think Joy thinks he has a better chance at 150 vs Wilson than at 144 vs Omar?

Updated - www.borofanohio.net

D1: 126, 132, 138, 144, 150, 157, 165, 175, 190, 215, 285
D2: 106, 113, 120, 126, 144, 150, 165
D3: 150

I received another projected lineup for St. Ed's from a pretty solid source, so I ran with it for now but this could change again soon.
