Isn't the Mahoning Valley considered Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbian Counties? Wellsville is in Columbiana County.

The Mahoning Valley includes Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer and Lawrence counties. Technically the actual river valley (for the Mahoning River) is only in 3 of the above mentioned counties.
