Harvest Prep with 7 1st place votes is foretelling I think. Is this the year they beat Ironton to advance their way to state semifinals to beat region 20 winner and play in the state title? They have been right there for several years......I think this is the year.

Last year they beat Ironton, but lost to Perry. I voted HP #1 and don't have any really qualms about doing so. D5 remains one of the more wide-open divisions in that the eventual winner could come from any of the four regions -- so, that's cool. It's a fun a division.

Kinda crazy Liberty Center’s is that high. Wow.

LC is a magnet for families that live on the fringe of the school district…many of whom have attended school at LC since pre k but live just into Napoleon, delta, Wauseon or Swanton school district.
Interesting

What did LC return from last year? I remember them having a huge OL

Impressive but how did a good rinky dink D5 school beat a D1 power such as PC?
By out recruiting them probably
You sound ignorant and clearly have no idea what you're talking about. HP has a phenomenal coaching staff.

I saw this game and the HP head coach just flat out coached PC. PC should've easily ran clock if you went by talent. PC had kids laying all over the field cramping and it was pretty embarrassing. HP had most kids going both ways and only had about 25 total playing, yet they were in far better shape.

Harvest preps competitive balance number is 64.. if you don't think there is any recruiting going on there, then your head might need surgically removed from your anus.

They are a private school, correct? While they do have feeder schools designated, private schools by nature and going to be recruiting students from the area to get those tuition dollards........

Coldwater had kids cramping like crazy as well, multiple times 2 kids were down at the same time last friday, but then again they are just a piddly lil ole DVI team....

Really? I have been to 2 games this year only saw one player per game cramp on the field. Maybe Coldwater players should be drinking more cold-water during the week.

I like to pick on LC for their CB number, but realistically if you look at the maps it's not hard to see why families in the Napoleon district would want to send their kids to LC

You went from sounding ignorant to flat out stupid. Do you realize that schools play more than just football? 🙄

The basketball team always has tons of transfers and I heard they had a bunch this year too. Their CB number is because of basketball.

CB for football is different than bball. Might want to look at a mirror before calling names.

Unless all those transfers for bball also play football.

In the second half against CM, oh yeah. I would say 5-6 times here was an injury timeout with a CW player down, and more than once it was 2 at a time. As I accurately predicted, the heat, travel, going up against an immoveable object and guys going both ways would wear the Cavs down in the second half and if CM hadnt peed down their legs early they could have easily won the game in the second half.

Each sport has their own dependant on how many players, from the previous season, played in a game and if they live in the district (tier 0), live in district continuos since 7th grade (tier 2) or not continous (tier 3) and each sport has their own multiplier so HP could have 15 hoopster players from outside the district and if none of them play football then it does not reflect one bit for football.
private schools is a lil diff as it is determinted by feeder schools and also there is a provision for districts with more than one school

That is about as dumbe as last year LC fans stating their CB was due to members of the band.

Some of them do play football.

If HP is recruiting, they suck at it. You'd think they have more than 22-23 kids that could play right?

Some of them do play football.
then whose to say their basketball CB number is because of footbll and not the other way around?

Everyone expects private schools to ahve higher CB numbers, it is the rural country bumpkin schools that have high numbers that people start to wonder.......
