Why??? Their best win was a .500 Hudson team. Avon is undefeated as well and Hobans only loss is to #12 team in the nation and both Massillons losses are to nationally ranked teams. Also in top 5 you have undefeated Anderson and Walsh that both have better wins than Wadsworth.

Indeed, the mythical magical Wandsworth would be number 1. However, D2 is stuck with just Wadsworth, not Wandsworth, so they're ranked #7, which sounds about right.

I believe Lima Sr. plays in the Toledo City league, which has 6 teams.

Number math. At this point, half or more of the schedule is OOC. The league will also be a romp but their lack of ranking at this point has to do with the OOC. Their Harbins spot seems about right to me, granting that Kings Mills' are low because of their difficult early schedule.

I have heard rumors that Anderson has an improved defense this year. I think we will learn more about them in 2 weeks when they play Winton Woods, someone with a pulse.

Calpreps usually has a lot of Ohio teams ranked pretty high and their algorithm has always weighed Ohio football favorably, but the only Ohio schools in the Top 100 right now are Walsh Jesuit at #61, Massillon at #66, Moeller at #74 and Avon at #100. Whether it's an overall weak year in Ohio is debatable, but it is definitely the worst year...so far...I've ever seen for Ohio in these rankings. Three of the four Top 100 Ohio teams are in D2, as you can see.
