COLLEGE FOOTBALL 2024-2025

Only if Carson Beck figures out the difference between white and crimson colored jerseys.
Nothing Heisman-like to be found there for a while, no doubt. The resting mook face makes his demeanor tougher to read, but that first half got away from him quickly. His final interception looked more like an “incomplete catch” to me. When I view it that way, he looks a little better. We’ll see what the rest of the schedule does for/to him before he sees crimson again.

Army and Navy both win again over the weekend. Army QB had 24 carries for 152 yds and 3TD (only 2 for 6 throwing the ball). Navy QB was 9 for 11 for 225 yds and 2 TD throwing while adding 84 yds and another score on the ground. Both teams play Notre Dame this season as well.

Go Army, beat Notre Dame.
Go Navy, beat Notre Dame.

ATM up 2 scores early on Missouri. Say what you want about ATM, but their DL is legit.
Edit: lmao and as I hit send, 75 yard Burden TD
Double Edit: not so fast my friend, OL downfield brings it back. Brutal

I continuously laughed at SMU for moving to the ACC for free (still a silly decision, IMO) but they are up 14-10 early on ranked Louisville

Emanuel Acho is awful as a color commentator.

Pretty impressed with Alabama transfer and current Pitt QB Eli Holstein. Just a redshirt freshman, he looks good. That 2023 QB class has a few kids getting quick starts to their careers - Arch Manning has looked good in his spot starts, Nico at Tenn looks quite good, Avery Johnson at Kansas State and LaNorris Sellers have both looked promising as dual threats but I haven’t been impressed as passers.

What a catch by the Vandy receiver then another by the Alabama receiver. Second or third time Alabama has fallen for the shovel pass inside which the defense thought was going to be kept outside

This would be a huge black eye for the SEC if doormat Vandy could knock off Bama. Bama just turned it over at mid-field.

Yes, Bama’s d is not good.
