Cleveland Guardians

Just adding some common sense to this madness. The franchise sacrificed the baseball team for a nickname. The Cleveland baseball franchise will never be the same again.
I agree. The Guardians names will induce silent snickers from onlookers for many years before it finally gets ingrained as their “normal” name.

It’s true, it’s true. Trust me …

Unless...they win. winning cures all ills.

If they want to win, they better do it next year while they still have Jose Ramirez and a solid rotation and the rest of the division is coming after the White Sox.

After 2022, it’s going to be the White Sox and Tigers at the top of the division for awhile, it appears.

It’s true, it’s true. Trust me …

I think on Opening Day, the crowd should do the Tomahawk Chop and chant.

Tito just luvs El Cheapo for some reason...BAM!
I heard an interview with Tito where he was saying "We need to find out if these kids can play".

Um, that's pretty much what the minor leagues are for. So he's saying a lot of the roster is minor league quality.

And I love Tito, I think he's a great manager.

It's just that he's got crap to work with.

This could be the worst hitting team in mlb. If Reyes is healthy and if it takes all season to find out what Bradley can do they may set record for most strike outs.

Heard a funny line on Rizzo's show, that the Indians should consider using their pitchers as DH since they're better hitters than most of the other guys on the roster.

Whatever happened to the guy who was buying 30% of the team now and more and more of it over a period of time until he takes over sole ownership? Haven’t heard much lately.

That was put out there to make people feel better about the asinine name change and buy a few tickets.
