Exactly. Polls historically oversample Dems and Trump is still whipping him. Trumps margin isn't truly reflected in the polls which is why its so damaging for Dems.

The only individuals who have an impact on the election outcome, according to the 13 keys, are the candidates running. And they only impact 4 of 13 keys (Third party, charismatic incumbent, charismatic challenger, incumbency). Biden already has the incumbency key in the bag.

The fact that Trump is polling ahead or in the margin of error in Minnesota is alarming for Biden.
