I was surprised to hear several ECC schools could not field a JV teams. Milford, Anderson, Turpin, Walnut Hills, Loveland what is up?

Milford was on top of the league last year and has a lot of success so its surprising that they could not field a JV team. I wonder how much cost has to do with not fielding JV teams transportation, coaching etc.
