ALCS: Cleveland Indians vs. Toronto Blue Jays

Good to see the fans are starting to come out. A month ago they were drawing 12,000 a game.

Going Saturday and next Friday. Let's hope next Friday doesn't happen!

Go Tribe!

I'm going tonight :)

I heard there will be a sheet load of Blue Jays fans expected for the games in CLE as many of the seats are not season ticket holders and there was a lot of Progressive Field inventory that went on public sale after both teams clinched. You cannot find a hotel room in Downtown and some places gauged the Canucks with Manhattan like room rates once they got wind that they would be coming down to see these games. FYI, I was there for game 2 last week and a much different crowd then what was at the Jake in the '90s. Very raucous and not worried about entertaining business clients but fans wanting to party and see the CLE mojo continue. That District Area in particular was figuratively BUZZing with Millennial fans liquored up by the start and that was a 4:08 1st pitch. Tonight has a 8:08 1st pitch so I think the alcohol factor will be even higher. Those two factors together could make for a tense crowd so you may want to leave the children at home.

Careful what you wish for. Short series more likely goes to the team with games 3,4,5 at home. I would hope for a game 6 and be thrilled to have a ticket, it will be incredible atmosphere.

Great atmosphere last night. Another dominating performance from Kluber and the bullpen, and how about that Frankie Lindor!

Lol. Some things never change. How are your Reds doing?

Frankly, after a wonderful 4-0 start to the Tribe's second season, I'm surprised that none of our 'Nati yappi friends are in here offering congratulations. I wonder what it would take to get them interested in posting itt?.......

Sam Wyche? Millenials? Gary Johnson?

Wow. This year has been pretty surreal. Big game Tomlin steps up again. And I can't say enough about Andrew Miller. My god what a great trade

And, how refreshing it is for an incredible player like that to tell TF to use him in any he needed: middle reliever, short reliever, closer!

Jose Bautista

After watching Boston and Toronto the last 5 games it's refreshing to be a fan of a team that isn't a bunch of entitled crybabies.

One on a team is bad enough! One of the good things about being in a "small" market. (3.5M people) :)

I would like to take this opportunity to say that as a lifetime member of the Audubon Society, I am highly offended by the name and the logo of the Toronto professional baseball team. This kind of avian exploitation is ridiculous, harmful, and hurtful to these beautiful citizens of the natural world. It must be stopped immediately!!
