3.5 Trillion dollar bill that will cost “zero”

Does it matte what John Q Public believes? They will do what they do. At some point the country has to react to what's going on. Let's not act like it's a Democrat/Republican thing. It's all of them. We are all hostages to their agendas. Just put your head down and pay the bills. You only need to watch five minutes of any congressional hearing to understand how far south it is.
Where's meanmachine when you need him?

I have brought this once before but I will again. From what I am understanding to have it be that zero thing we have to raise the taxes on everyone that makes 400,000 or more, so I ask why are we passing the spending part before for passing the taxing part to pay for it. ( I guess could mention I do not think this thing will be paid for with or without a tax increase.)

It's a Dem/RINO thing.

Exactly! We are all pawns in the game. Retain power at all costs. Make a big donation to my campaign and I will make sure things go your way. Everyone is on the take. Corruption is rampant. Politics is BULLSH*t!!!!!

Joe Biden is just not very popular for a person that has suppose to have gotten the most votes for president ever. He shows up at the congressional baseball game last night to promote his spending bills and got greeted by people booing. We now have a president that is getting negative responses at sporting events and he is not even in attendance. Reports have it there is a chance now of these bills will come to a vote because Pelosi does not like to lose and it is looking like there are just to many no's on both sides of the fence to even get the smaller infrastructure bill to pass. Nancy will have to work some of her magic on Democrat members if these has any chance at all.

At the end of Machin's press release he wrote about passing a nation that is better to the next generation. I am to the point of saying no chance of being better but just how far down will we fall. I have always heard and until recently believed we were the greatest nation on earth. I now have my doubts and wonder what kind of a nation will it be for my grand and great grand children to live in.

The libs lie when the truth would serve them better - sickening. What is it that Pelosi holds over these weak dems that would cause them to throw the republic into full-on socialism? What is it? Is there not 1 or 2 out of over 200 that give a damm about this nation, and what made it great?

Except if you taxed the top 1% at a rate of 100% that still doesn’t come close to paying for this.
True, but corporate taxes will raise also from 21% to 28%. Before you start crying about how that will hurt big business and eventually all of us, consider this. Trump cut corporate taxes from 35% to 21% and corporate investment has consistently DROPPED since then. Corporations rarely act in the interests of people. Will the math add up? I doubt it, but some things are necessary. You guys didn’t care about spending when Trump increased the deficit by almost seven trillion, and he was only Pres for one term.

Yes we did complain. You were still in 5th grade when we were complaining.
