The criteria is about the "box" around the shoulder blades and the angle. There is a trapezoid from bottom of shoulder blades up to shoulders, that if any of that area is touching the mat and you are more than a certain degree (90 in college I believe, 45 in HS) then its near fall even if there is zero chance at getting pinned.

Need exposure. Much as a tilt when you are between the guy and the mat. I do agree that I think there was exposure of the shoulder box that you mentioned. But I am just saying how I think he justified the no call. I would have called nearfall. But I am also biased.
 
Should, statistically, have 4 SF'sts (your top 4 seeds). I have 6 and all 10 still alive...

I should move up SOME from 100+ I was after last night...

Barnett, Crookham, Mendez, Carr, Starocci, and Hendricks all in SF.
Kasak, Robb, Truax (had an injury, will see), and Cardenas still alive in consi's.

I double checked, I was definitely at only like 30 pts yesterday which was 102. Had 2 in consi's already and I think only Mendez had got me bonus pts.

Kasak just won in consi with bonus for me.

Cardenas next.

Nic B lost a close one to Nagao but D'Emilio won for OSU, onto blood round.

They run the blood round this session or tonight along side SFs? Anyone know?

I had a rough day today lol, lost Lemley and Glazier. Six left in the semis (Barnett, Vito, Henson, Mesenbrink, Starocci, and Kerkvliet), and Shapiro and Pinto dropped to the consis. I will probably finish pretty middle of the pack.

All 10 of my guys are AAs.

Mendez, Carr in the Finals
Starocci, Hendricks still to wrestle in SFs
Barnett, Crookham both in CSFs
Kasak, Robb, Truax, Cardenas all in CQF.

Round 1--113th; Round 2--77th: Round 3--19 Now I'm starting to scare myself. I have 5 guys in the finals and have, Hidlay, and Hendrickson still to wrestle!
 
I know they are currently running the Consi QFs, do they run the Consi SFs tonight as well? Or is that first thing in the morning?
