Since entries are closed, a little summary info:

35 entries, 46 teams selected, none unanimously, only 1 empty selection (Foster had no 7th pick).
Most frequently selected teams were: Marion Local (33), Toledo Central Catholic (33), Kirtland (30), Liberty Center (17), Avon (13), Massillon (13), St Edward (12), Hoban (10), Glenville (8), Perkins (8).
Only 4 regions (of the 28) had no team picked: regions 15, 20, 22, and 26.
Only 2 players have a loss amongst their top 3 teams.
3 players have 5 teams undefeated, 16 have 6 undefeated, and 16 have all 7 teams still undefeated.

In the aggregate, where Hoban's loss counts 10 times, TCC's win counts 33 times, etc., our Yappi crew's teams went a combined 224-20 (remember the one empty selection above).

Minor complaint: LibreOffice 7.3.7.2's implementation of LOOKUP() must either not use the same comparison used by its COUNTIF() function, or is otherwise just bugged. Was trying to automate (using a spreadsheet instead of a real programming language, my bad) set membership detection, to easily see if there were other jumbled but identical sets of teams chosen, similar to how Bellefontaine2 and LS92 have the same 7 teams selected in a different order. Would be easy enough to do with a script, but already had a spreadsheet going, so figured I'd try with that.

Pairs of entrants with identical sets of teams: LS92 & Bellefontaine2; doubtme & 43460.
These would be the most likely required death matches, according to the rules.
In those two cases, let it be known that LS92 and doubtme, respectively, had the earlier entries in their shared sets.

Still tied? In the exceedingly unlikely situation, you'll have a fight to the death after the Saturday night game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. Or you can share the title. Doesn't matter to me.
I just realized that the Yappi forum's banner color is red with the blood of those vanquished by tie breaker!

After St Edward loss, before Ironton and Wheelersburg games, with CCD game cancelled, we have:
602-121 weighted win-loss record as a group.

For tiebreaker convenience only during playoff time, each entrant's teams sorted in order of commonality from left-to-right:

I don't plan on maintaining this tab in the spreadsheet, as it is just a handy reference for tiebreakers.

Collectively, we are 839-130 after this week. Cincinnati Country Day (CCD) joins the ranks of the defeated. I treat Byes/Cancelled games the same in the bottom of my sheet for sanity, so Chardon's week off shows up as a 1 in Column O now.

Not that anyone cares, but the process I use to update it weekly is I sort the lower table by {Region(desc), Number(desc), School(asc)} while having joeeitel.com open to the relevant region, and work my way down the list that way, then re-sort it back to {Number(desc), School(asc)} once I'm done.

We are a collective 1261-196 after Week 6. We have 19 of the 67 remaining undefeated teams in the state.
Notably, both FirestoneFan and Kirtland4580 each have 6 undefeated teams left, and they have 3 different teams than each other. Impressive.
Our average is 3.77 remaining per entrant, with just 4 folks only having 2 apiece.

Appreciate the weekly breakdowns from @LS92! Kirtland beating Perry in Week 3 was slightly unexpected for me. 6-0 Garaway faces 6-0 Indian Valley this week. Looking at remaining schedules, if the Pirates hold on to win, I think there’s a pretty good chance both myself & @FirestoneFan wind up with six undefeateds.

We are a collective 1480-221 after Week 7. We have 17 of the 59 remaining undefeated teams in the state.
We now average 3.46 remaining undefeateds per entrant, with FirestoneFan standing alone with 6 of them.
Because tie breakers kick in the moment any of a player's teams, not how many, remain undefeated, we potentially have a big tie-breaker situation if Marion Local remains undefeated, with 33 of us having selected them, 27 as our top pick. That is not worth investigating until at least the state final fours are determined.

Of those who have the simplest scenario without counting state title winners in the event that Marion Local loses, we have:
auscon wins if Coldwater goes undefeated; a_td wins if Kirtland goes undefeated;10404life wins if Avon goes undefeated; David Wooderson wins if Medina Highland goes undefeated; iwasthatguy wins if Liberty Center goes undefeated; everything else is more complicated and depends on who else goes undefeated. It is slightly messier than that if more than one of the teams listed above go undefeated, but this all depends on Marion Local losing, which is seeming unlikely at this time.

We are a collective 1929-237 1938-250 after Week 9 before the Ansonia, Buchtel, Badin, Cleveland Heights, and Moeller v St Edward games today.
We have 2 of the remaining 6 undefeateds in D7; 2 of 5 in D6; 2 of 9 in D5; 2 of 7 in D4; 4 of 9 in D3; 3 of 10 in D2; and 0 of 1 undefeateds in D1. In total, we have 15 of the 47 remaining undefeateds in the state.
We now average 3.40 remaining undefeateds per entrant with only Ontario newly losing this week.

Looks like I still have 6 undefeateds but can't win?
There are a few ways you could still win:
(1) Wapakoneta goes undefeated, with losses by Marion Local, Kirtland, Coldwater, Liberty Center, West Branch, Medina Highland, and Avon; then for tiebreaker help, you'd root for Marion Local, London, Wyoming vs Coldwater, Gahanna Lincoln, Kirtland to win state titles to best @auscon via tiebreaker;
(2) South Range goes undefeated, with losses by Marion Local, Kirtland, Coldwater, Liberty Center, West Branch, Medina Highland, Avon, Wapakoneta, Steubenville and Wyoming; then root for Hillsdale to lose sometime to win outright, or root for Wapakoneta, Liberty Center, London, Wyoming vs Kirtland, Danville, Minster, Avon to win via tiebreaker;
(3) London goes undefeated, with losses by Marion Local, Kirtland, Coldwater, Liberty Center, West Branch, Medina Highland, Avon, Wapakoneta, Steubenville, Wyoming, and Hillsdale; then root for West Branch to lose sometime to win outright, or root for Wapakoneta, Liberty Center, South Range, Wyoming vs Kirtland, Avon, Cleveland Heights, Massillon vs Kirtland, Avon, Hoban, Ursuline to win via tiebreaker.

So it is not strictly impossible for you to win, just a bunch needs to go your way. Fortunately Marion Local plays Coldwater next week before the playoffs, so a Marion Local defeat of Coldwater helps you a bunch if someone can knock off ML in the playoffs, or a Coldwater defeat of ML helps if someone can knock off Coldwater and Kirtland (next week included for Kirtland).
