Agreed - if the shirt had said "fentanyl", the graphic would have made more sense. Maybe they were making the point that Narcan helps defeat the "Darwin Award" concept by prevented death caused by one's stupidity and lack of survival instinct? If so, the men in gray flannel suits who came up with it should be fired, and made eligible for a "Business Darwin award" of their own.

Narcan is a form of Naloxone, which paramedics keep on hand to help revive people who OD, usually on heroin.

gotcha .... I have never done drugs so I am naive when it comes to that stuff.... and I always refuse pain killers that the doc always tries to prescribe.
