Spygate: the FBI/DoJ/DNC collusion and abuse of power

If you are referencing John Solomon I will counter with Malcom Nance

The Plot to Destroy Democracy: How Putin and His Spies Are Undermining America and Dismantling the West

A provocative, comprehensive analysis of Vladimir Putin and Russia's master plan to destroy democracy in the age of Donald Trump.

In the greatest intelligence operation in the history of the world, Donald Trump was made President of the United States with the assistance of a foreign power. For the first time, The Plot to Destroy Democracy reveals the dramatic story of how blackmail, espionage, assassination, and psychological warfare were used by Vladimir Putin and his spy agencies to steal the 2016 U.S. election--and attempted to bring about the fall of NATO, the European Union, and western democracy. It will show how Russia and its fifth column allies tried to flip the cornerstones of democracy in order to re-engineer the world political order that has kept most of the world free since 1945.

Is there any real evidence that has happened?

But the only one we know of who colluded with Russia was Hillary's campaign and the money she gave them through Christopher Steele.

The Mexican plot to destroy democracy is no less than a hundred times worse.

The plot from within to destroy our country is several thousand times as threatening to our republic than anything Putin could even dream of. If not for one patriot Admiral Mike Rogers we would have lost our country for good.

Every "expert" knows the only way to do it is from within! The Russians are close to zero threat.

Listen to the man. You are not even a serious person! You and the rest of the brain dead drones should also take his advice and stop whining
just because you lost...LOL

Solomon = Nance...

More than 1,000 bipartisan former prosecutors have now signed their names on a petition maintaining that if Trump weren't president of the United States, he would have been indicted on multiple charges for obstruction of justice.

What justice did he obstruct and again what evidence is there that he did? By the way John Lewis obstructed justice in the Benghazi investigation. Hillary for sure obstructed justice by destroying her government issued cell and computers. I could go on and on and probably get 10's of thousands of signatures on her's alone so again so what?

Yes but fat Billy Barr thinks otherwise and says the President has the power to simply just shut down an investigation if" thinks it's unfair or unjust" , of course what human thinks 'HMMM this is a very just charge and totally fair"?

Anyone who knows the law knows there are very strong instances of obstruction , admitting firing Comey because of the 'Russian thing" and then rejoicing with actual Russians he invited into his office that 'The pressure is off now that 'Nut job " Comey has bene fired".

Trump's people simply not carrying out his orders doesn't make him innocent of anything as some of the further right echo chamber members keep bellowing. Trump and his orbit are ignoring subpoenas hiding things as well as Trump for a few obvious reasons . Complete innocence isn't one of them .

Not that hard to see al the signs of a guy desperate to hide things and break the law to do so . Can this continue and be a winning strategy as in trying to run out the clock until next years election ? I am guessing there is a small chance that no further sheet hits the fan, but this idea of trump being an innocent man who was found not guilty is preposterous and delusional .

Opining about what you want to be true devoid of factual evidence { Just saying that he and his men have never done anything wrong where it pertains to Russia is an example of this } .

Personal adviser and long time friend awaits trial , personal lawyer for over a decade is in the can for lying for Trump , Campaign chairman who was fired because his shady Russian ties were being exposed and it was too hot sits at Rikers island as we speak , child porn aficionado Nader who was involved in the campaign and transition { Check out his story if you aren't to afraid to look } and a frequent guest at Mara Lago Nader has been arrested.

So many shady creepy people, look away , nothing to see here . In fact if you want to see a real creep and criminal go check out Robert Mueller's resume and life history , a stone cold criminal I tell you .

Go after the evil person who wanted Russian tied Carter Page who lied about any Russian connections as well for some odd reason seeing as he is a beacon of integrity , checked out . Those are the real bad people.

Read the Mueller report. (or a summary)

What about ? Did you read any of the Mueller report? { Of course you didn't} Well you can google the 11 instances that Trump might have or defniatley did obstruct justice that 1000 and counting law professionals of all political persuasions agree that if Trump was not President he would be facing a few slam dunk cases of obstruction .

Not hard to find if you want to look in the right places. Or you can go back years and say Whatabout? If so innocent of everything why is Trump hiding everything including prompting others to ignore subpoenas and break the law to keep things secret including his personal lawyer acting AG Barr{ yes I know he isn't acting AG but he might as well be as he only has Trumps political well being in mind as he does his job} . Come on Caleb, do some research and use your common sense. Seeing Trump as an innocent victim who never obstructed justice despite cases being clearly pointed out is just being willingly obtuse about who he is and what he has done and how he does things in general . Keep rooting for him to stay out of trouble, but this guy can't ignore the rule of law forever.

Is there any real evidence that has happened?

Well, in their delusional world, you have to prove that it didn't happen......they ask you to prove innocence.

One would need 24/7/365 video footage to settle their twisted minds, because they so desperately NEED it to be true.

It's worth reading this long article to get a sense for the bullying tactics employed by the Mueller team during their witch hunt:

https://www.realclearinvestigations...ives_upturned_muellers_targets_speak_out.html

Now that these folks are no longer at risk they are coming forward to tell us harrowing tales of what the Mueller prosecuting team tried to do to them.

Their firsthand accounts pull back the curtain on the secret inner workings of the Mueller probe, revealing how the special counsel's nearly two dozen prosecutors and 40 FBI agents used harshly aggressive tactics to pressure individuals to either cop to crimes or implicate others in felonies involving collusion.

Although they interacted with Mueller’s team at different times and in different places, the witnesses and targets often echoed each other. Almost all decried what they called Mueller’s “scorched earth” methods that affected their physical, mental and financial health. Most said they were forced to retain high-priced Washington lawyers to protect them from falling into "perjury traps" for alleged lying, which became the special counsel’s charge of last resort. In the end, Mueller convicted four Trump associates for this so-called process crime, and investigated an additional five individuals for allegedly making false statements – including former Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Some subjects of investigation said Mueller’s agents and prosecutors tried to pressure them into admitting things to give the appearance of collusion. They demanded to know if they had spoken to anyone with a “Russian accent.” They threatened to jail them "for life" and to drag their wives or girlfriends into the investigation.

Former special prosecutors say the tactics used by Mueller’s team appear excessive.

I really hope that some of these "prosecutors" have the tables turned on them.

Uhhh..... No.

Consider the content of the commentary, you dimwit

Twisted minds make up what percentage of Americans who believe that Trump obstructed justice along with most law professionals including the 1000 on record .

Also what percentage of minds are twisted that see Trump hiding things desperately, imploring and even ordering { Joke} people to ignore subpoenas breaking the law for his benefit and to keep everything secret.

This isn't twisted delusional thinking but just what is happening as Trump acts like the guiltiest ' Innocent man of all time . Who needs what to be true? i certainly don't need for anything to be true , I just follow what I see happening and comment . Trump is hiding things acts guiltier than sin and his men go to Prison and risk arrest trying to protect him ? WOW .

Of course your twisted mind argues that Trump himself is not associated with an has nothing to with his personal lawyers campaign chairs, National security adviser , campaign workers , advisers and 'Friends{ not sure that is the right term } misdeeds some of which ahs landed them in the can.

Again who needs what to be true? I know what's true and it's clear as day . What is it that you claim is true? Are those guys not in jail ? Move along what about blah blah

Harry's deep in the woods hunting unicorns again, wearing his Dr. Livingston hat and sporting his elephant gun...I'm sure it's right there just beyond the screeching thunderbird.

So...1,000 on record, hah. What about the other 1,337,678 (according to the ABA) not "on record"? Are you saying that a relative handful of activist lawyers are a legitimate statistical sample? Of course not. Do you think maybe the 1,000 who signed the letter just might be active Democratic Party members. You cannot be as dumb as you seem. If you were as dumb as your posts would indicate you would not be able to use a keyboard.

The 1000 plus represent all political persuasions which was the significance. I am guessing you didn't read the report and or understand the law . I suppose if Trump loses to Biden { If he doesn't throw up on himself and lose the nomination } we may see whose right if they decide to charge him as a private citizen. Anyone with any common sense can see once Trump is out of office he will be indicted on a least a few counts of fraud in a few different areas and just may be the obstruction charges while in office as the statute of limitations wouldn't come into play.

No actually just read the report and it shows obvious attempts at obstructing that his men didn't luckily for him carry out. Still 4instances that would be an easy lay-up for any decent prosecutor to nail him on. We just may see if Trump goes down in 2020 . Trump seems unlikely to run the PA Michigan, and Wisconsin table again seeing as though farmers are seething and many blue collar workers { Truck drivers not being able to make their usual business deductions } aren't doing appreciably better at all . Biden will do better than Hillary in those states and she lost by what 1-2 percent in those states. Economy is BOOMING no end to the immense prosperity as they look to CUT INTEREST RATES? HUH?

Adam Schiff spoke to individuals "with a Russian accent". Arrest his butt. lol

Farmers aren't seething. They are actually making pretty good money on the whole.

The same with Truck drivers.

The Fed isn't cutting rates to stimulate the economy.

Stop being obtuse.

The problem for the Democrats is even if Trump has done anything shady they've blown their load already. They screamed for years about Russia collusion...when that turned out to be nothing it's like the boy who cried wolf. No one except the extreme partisans are paying attention anymore.

Wow, you just the read the report did you? Well I hate to tell you this Harry but the more that KNOWLEDGEABLE people look into the Mueller report the more it appears that Mueller and his gang of rabid anti-Trump democrat donors twisted the "facts", altered information and lied by omission.

And here's a great example of Mueller & company lying by omission:

https://thehill.com/opinion/white-h...eport-linked-to-russia-was-a-state-department

In a key finding of the Mueller report, Ukrainian businessman Konstantin Kilimnik, who worked for Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, is tied to Russian intelligence.

But hundreds of pages of government documents — which special counsel Robert Mueller possessed since 2018 — describe Kilimnik as a “sensitive” intelligence source for the U.S. State Department who informed on Ukrainian and Russian matters.

Why Mueller’s team omitted that part of the Kilimnik narrative from its report and related court filings is not known. But the revelation of it comes as the accuracy of Mueller’s Russia conclusions face increased scrutiny.

So what's up here? This is a very important detail that is left out of the report. Seems like a lot of important details have been left out of the report and they all seem to be of the type that makes Trump "look" guilty.

Oh and before you trash The Hill or John Solomon keep in mind that he's gotten all of this pretty much right. His track record of accurately reporting on these events is way better then that of the MSM.
