On an extremely cold day a few weeks ago, I rode in an elevator with some guys making a furniture delivery. One of them was actually wearing a heavy knit dickey on the outside of his sweatshirt. It looked hysterical, like a neck poncho.

Is a neck gaiter a dickey ?

No.

A scarf is only to be worn with a nice coat, and only when it's so cold that you can see your own breath.

Good ruling. My exception is if I take the kids sledding. The coat is not so nice.

shorts, hoodie and gym shoes in the winter for me. unless its -30 then i put on gloves and a hat. keep in mind im anal about the shoveling so i shovel in the same attire. have never worn a scarf in my life.

Lol @ men wearing scarves! I can see if you aren't outside ever...like prison or wife has you on lock down. If you can't tough out your 200yd walk from the car to the office, then you need to talk with fwk and fill out an application to be gay. Just sayin
