Parkway has Paulding at home. Then travel to North Central this following Friday.
 
Helluva team Rocket fans will see this year! That Defense is stout and they rally to the ball. Offensively they came around towards the end of the scrimmage and ran the ball down Burgs throat on their last possession
 
Time will tell if they can compete with the teams who play bully ball. Lucky they got out of DV NWO so Liberty Center cannot beat them up again this year.

Massie, St14ners, Kirtland...what other potential teams do we see pushing around the Cavs like ragdolls this year?
 
St14ners didn't push them around last year. A few big plays and we were up 35-7, but the Cavs weren't bullied. I think the Cavs are on their way back. Week 2 should be a good indicator. You know, one thing Tim Goodwin hasn't done is go undefeated in a Presidential election year, so Delphos St. John's win streak looks safe. Do the St14ners lose week 9 or week 10? Or both?

That is true. CW committed so much to the run that the then St13ners took advantage of the passing attack.

I question a lot of things, but I cannot question anything Coach Goodwin and what he does.
Likely a great time to get A L O T of PT for everyone and just a little action for the starters against someone else.

That makes sense. Honestly I think Goodwin is the best coach in the state of OH regardless of division so if it helps them get ready, keep doing it

If it was a program that had aspirations of greatness and a top flight players yet scrimmage way down and have never made much of a splash then I'd agree with ya
 
I know this is not the softball thread, but I encourage everyone to pick up today’s version of the Daily Standard (8/15/2024). No coach in their right mind will ever want to go to Parkway. Sad state of affairs.

Two school board members, with daughters on the softball team, are asking the softball coach to follow a set of rules. These rules were drafted by the board and admin but the softball coach is the only coach that has to follow this code. The softball coach has retained an attorney.

So they are asking a successful coach and probably the best program at Pathway currently to coach a certain way? Wow.
