Division I: The Central will host four sectional tournaments for all Central, East and Southeast schools to advance to the district tournament hosted by the Central. The Northeast will host seven sectional tournaments to which Fremont Ross and Toledo St. John’s Jesuit will be assigned to the sectional tournament geographically closest to the Northwest district. Four of the Northeast sectional tournaments will advance to the district tournament hosted by the Northeast. The three remaining Northeast sectional tournaments will combine with the Northwest sectional tournament advancing to the district tournament hosted by the Northwest at Perrysburg HS. The Southwest will host four sectional tournaments advancing to the district tournament hosted by the Southwest.

Division II: The East and Southeast will each host two sectional tournaments that will advance to the district tournament to be hosted by the East at Claymont HS in 2020 and the Southeast in 2021 at a site TBD. The Northeast district will host five sectional tournaments, four of which will advance to the district tournament hosted by the Northeast. The remaining Northeast sectional tournament will advance to the Northwest district tournament combining with the three Northwest sectional tournaments. The Central will host one sectional tournament and the Southwest will host three sectional tournaments that will advance to the district tournament hosted by the Southwest.

Division III: The Central will host one sectional tournament, the East will host two sectional tournaments and the Southeast will host one sectional tournaments. These four sectional tournaments will advance to the district tournament hosted by the Central at Heath HS in 2020 and the East in 2021 at a site TBD. The Northeast will host four sectional tournaments advancing to the district tournament hosted by the Northeast. The Northwest will host five sectional tournaments. Four of these sectional tournaments will advance to the district tournament hosted by the Northwest. The remaining Northwest sectional tournament will advance to the Southwest district tournament that will include qualifiers from the three sectional tournaments hosted by the Southwest.
 
 
In Division II, changed compositions.

SW district tournament (SW 3, C 1) has 32 athletes that return as state qualifiers from 2019, with 33 in all having state experience. Graham (with 7 (8)) and Dayton C-J (3) are the only teams with more than two returning SQ.

district at Claymont (E 2, SE 2) has 32 athletes that return as state qualifiers from 2019, with 36 in all having state experience. Beaver Local (6), Carrollton (4), and Steubenville (4) are the teams with more than two returning SQ.

In the unchanged district at Alliance - based on sectionals in NE OH remaining the same - there would be 30 athletes returning as state qualifiers from 2019, 32 in all having state experience. Teams with more than two returning SQ: SVSM 3, Canfield 3 (4), CVCA 3, Lake Catholic 4, and Louisville 5.
