Format:
Round 1- 1 min Period Neutral x4
Round 2- 1 min Period Neutral x4
Round 3- 1 min Top and 1 min Bottom x3
Round 4- 1min, 1min, 1min
We will go through the girls weight classes 1st and then the boys each round
