Where is Wyatt Lippert going to college?

Lets get back to the topic, wyatt is going to play college tennis but if he tries to go bigtime, OSU,ILLINOIS,SEC SCHOOL or wherever he will struggle. He will never see a doubles match because his serve is not a weapon yet and the backhand return is non-threatening. The college game is huge and wyatt's game is far from that. He's very crafty tough and smart. But the words big or powerful do not describe his game. He also has average foot speed. But knowing the determination in him he will improve those things. He will have to control people more on the court to take it to the next level.

i completely agree. you know your stuff for sure. i am going to work extremely hard this summer while i'm not at tournaments in the gym and on the court. i dont think osu's team is huge, i think their whole team except matt is a bunch of aggresive grinders. doubles isnt that big for me though. its also pretty tough to control an opponent like peter kobelt no matter who you are. good job on that one though. kudos

I respect your game wyatt. Your a winner and that is your best trait. I don't think that will ever change in your life. Kobelt can only be controlled if your serving to him. You would have won in straights if you threw in a little serve and volley. He's not a great returner and big guys don't move that well. Once again congrats on your title, you've earned it. To strenghten your return it will be alot of picking balls up on the rise, just a little tip that agassi's dad used with him in every practice.

yeah, it wasnt till the second set that i started to move in on his second serve and my coach bitched at me a lot after the match. i also had 5 break points in the first set and he had 1 so i should of come throught on at least one. he's a player that i always struggle with but its whatever. im gonna work on some things and if i play next year then i'll try a repeat.

He's talking about his private coach. Not his high school coach, 95 percent of high school coaches actually do more harm than good. I had horrid high school coach and told him that i played better when i just focused on my own game. If i wanted something i told him that i would just ask him.
