What happened to the Democratic party?

PRESIDENT NOBODY WANTS TO RUN PREPARES REELECTION BID. President Joe Biden's State of the Union address Tuesday night is widely expected to double as a kickoff to his 2024 reelection campaign. It's being called a "soft launch" because Biden will not actually announce his candidacy but will instead make it unmistakably clear that he is running.

The striking thing about a Biden 2024 campaign is that it is a race few people want him to run. A new Washington Post-ABC News poll found that just 31% of Democrats want Biden to be the party's nominee in 2024. Fifty-eight percent of Democrats want the party to find another candidate. It's important to remember that the party breakdown of all the poll's respondents was 26% Democratic, 25% Republican, 40% independent, 5% other, and 3% no opinion. So that means that just 31% of the 26% of respondents who were Democrats want Biden to run again. Thirty-one percent of 26% is not a lot.

The Washington Post then asked an interesting questionof everybody, not just Democrats: "How would you feel if Biden is reelected as president in 2024?" A tiny number, 7%, said they would feel enthusiastic. Twenty-nine percent said they would feel satisfied but not enthusiastic — for a total of 36% who gave answers that could be characterized as positive.

Still, a recent poll from the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs showed that 62% of Democrats didn’t want Mr. Biden to seek a second term, while 37% did.

A Washington Post-ABC poll showed that 58% percent of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents would prefer to nominate someone other than Mr. Biden, while 31% favored nominating Mr. Biden.

In the name of “equity,” the Biden administration and state Democrats have declared war on the suburbs

Nothing has happened to Democratic Party. They’ve always been weirdos. They love the weirdest things from slavery to poverty to changing kindergartners gender. We’d better off if everyone who was against this type of behavior to grab a bat and find your local liberal. Ok I’m out for another 6 months or until I get banned from Twitter again.

Thanks for your input, Col.

'saders mentioned that some old Yappi stuff may have been lost in the move to this site. It made me wonder what your different names have been from wildcatharrison to today, Col Braddock.

By the way, I was rocking the Canadian tuxedo with the sherpa-lined Levi's jacket and Carhartt jeans. Looks pretty boss with my full head of hair and thick Chuck Norris beard

So, even after writing off an extravagant "hype house" for tubby's campaign to make the very most compelling selfie tweets from inside as the backdrop, they still can't launder a half million in consumption ? Awesome. Let's jail this gluttonous and fraudulent pig for a few years.
That's her annual food bill.

Mental illness in action .................... on full display daily in the dem, aka socialist party.

Biden is famously indecisive, a habit exacerbated by decades in the über-deliberative Senate. He publicly took his time mulling a decision not to run in 2016 and to launch his run in 2020. He missed two self-imposed deadlines before choosing Harris as a running-mate.

In the White House, he pushed back the timeline to withdraw from Afghanistan; skipped over his initial benchmark to vaccinate 70 percent of American adults against Covid-19 with at least one shot; and earlier in his presidency let lapse deadlines on climate, commissions, mask standards and promised sanctions on Russia for poisoning opposition leader Alexei Navalny.

His decision-making process is complete with extensive research, competing viewpoints and plenty of time to think. This time around, according to those close to him, he has made rounds of calls to longtime friends, all with an unspoken sense that he is running again — though without a firm commitment being made.
