I was at this game and surprisingly, the Grizzlies were on the attack most of the night. Hoover came right out of the shoot and scored early in the 1st half and almost right away in the second.

Hoover was the heavy favorite in this game with Wadsworth having graduated 10 starters so it was a postive sign for this young team. The Grizzlies were also missing their top forward who is out indefinately with a knee injury.

A key to this game was when Fracasso missed a PK that would have put them up 2-1.

Even though they lost, I think they will be better than most expected this year. Ron Mendel is an excellent coach and will have them playing tough as the season goes on.
