First Quarter Stalemate:

The game began with both teams punting on their opening drives, ending the first quarter tied 0-0. Logan threatened, but Teays Valley's defense held strong, setting the stage for a decisive victory.

Vikings Pull Away:

Carson Payne's 5-yard touchdown run put Teays Valley up 7-3 with 8:48 left in the half. The Chieftains intercepted a Viking pass, kneeling to take it into halftime. In the second half, Brady Farmer's 6-yard rush extended Teays Valley's lead to 14-3. Farmer's 28-yard scamper and Max Spencer's PAT made it 21-3 with 8:41 remaining.
