Here we are; who could have ever imagined that Stalin-like tactics would be used in this country against a political foe. Literally unbelievable!!

The planned, deftly coordinated, political hit jobs against Trump to purposefully interfere with the 2024 national election are on full display. It is beyond belief the lengths to which the radical leftists, deep-staters and globalists are going to. Their tactics of destroying their opponents have reached levels that are literally unimaginable in this country.

When you can't win honestly in the arena of ideas, then destroy the opponent, personally, professionally, financially --- is that what democrats/progressives/leftists have become? Apparently, yes.

But, if they think that they can get away with this criminality, they had better think again. I think the lines in the sand have been drawn.

Trump's true crimes are his arrogance and refusal to bow out quietly in 2020. His business dealings are considered "normal" in the nefarious world of leveraged real estate development. Dealings you can be certain that are not uncommon throughout the halls of government.

That said, you can draw conclusions from events that Trump is being legally prosecuted and politically persecuted at the same time. They are not mutually exclusive.

If Trump is ruined or jailed, I will shed no tears for him. Yet his prosecution/persecution if successful will establish lawfare as a legitimate tool to silence political opponents or even citizens who might disagree with you. Thus the stakes are not just Trump's fate but the right of free speech and thought in America.

These so called political hit jobs have major problems. The cases against Trump involve Rs who are testifying against him, turning over evidence and pleading guilty for crimes under Trumps involvement. Making it even more embarrassing, R judges and courts are ruling against him, including the SCOTUS.

Political hitjob ?

😂😂😂😂😂

For behavior which is not criminal.

It's already established. Soon as Fani whats-her-name sued Trump, Trump sent a PI after her to expose an affair, AT&T was more than happy to send over the records, etc. It's not a de facto Stasi, but it's close enough. I don't even know precisely what they're fighting over. At this point it's just "I hate you" and "I hate you too!"

Some legislative bodies are going to have to start enacting laws which prevent heading down this road. These suits are even happening on the local level. If Trump winds up foreclosed on, Fani is almost certain to be ruined, and some township trustee is definitely certain to be ruined.

Sounds like Trump’s modus operandi.

Trump Attorneys: Jack Smith Unlawfully Appointed, Court Must Dismiss Classified Documents Case

Attorneys for former President Donald Trump filed several motions to dismiss a federal indictment led by Special Counsel Jack Smith on Thursday surrounding Trump’s handling of classified documents.

The former president is ultimately facing 40 counts in the Southern District of Florida stemming from allegations that he unlawfully retained national defense information and then tried to stall a federal probe into his handling of the documents. Special Counsel Jack Smith was appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland in 2022 to handle two investigations into Trump, the other being related to January 6 and the riot at the U.S. Capitol.

One of the motions argues that Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed to his role under the Appointments Clause and the Appropriations Clause, and a second motion argues that Trump’s possession of classified documents at his Mar-A-Lago home was not unauthorized under the Presidential Records Act (PRA).

I always love this disingenuous talking point "fellow Republicans are testifying!"

Of course they are, how would you make the case with a bunch of Dems testifying against the opposition? Even the left isnt that stupid.

So you find some never Trumpers, some politically ambitious who want to disavow their association with a man the media calls Hitler and voila.

A pretty big part of Slappy’s shtick, actually

Fani is not suing Trump. They are criminal charges returned from a grand jury.

Have you ever met an attorney or spoken to a judge? Civil or criminal court is highly irrelevant at this point.

So forget Fani then. The former president of the United States is being asked to post a half billion dollar bond in New York. So we're saying that all of the abuses of Enron, Goldman Sachs, Bernie Madoff, FirstEnergy, all tech companies, Sam Bankman-Fried, every mortgage company that defrauded a widow out of her house in 2008... Trump's worse?

If civil and criminal court is irrelevant then I don’t ever want to hear that distinction when talking about Trumps rape conviction.

Madoff went to prison and the fact that May accountable for the financial crisis never got charged is a travesty.
