I live on the Gulf of Mexico and see sailboats multiple times a week. I can never recall seeing a boat full of men leisure sailing. I am not talking about racing. I'm talking about a group of dudes just cruising around and then swearing each other to secrecy.

I would say sailing isn't a common trip for anyone. Takes a certain skill/knowledge if you want to do it yourselves and is expensive if you pay for a charter with a captain, etc.

Lindsey Graham nailed it - On Thursday, Graham announced he would oppose Jackson's nomination "based upon her record of judicial activism, flawed sentencing methodology regarding child pornography cases, and a belief that Judge Jackson will not be deterred by the plain meaning of law when it comes to (forwarding) liberal causes."

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Joe Biden’s nominee for the Supreme Court (SCOTUS), once bypassed federal sentencing guidelines to cut a previously-deported illegal alien drug dealer’s prison sentence, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.


In the 2013 case, while Jackson was serving on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, illegal alien Daniel Garcia-Guerrero of El Salvador had been charged with illegal re-entry after having already been deported from the U.S. at least once.


Garcia-Guerrero had also been previously convicted of drug trafficking for his time dealing drugs in the Washington, DC area.


After Garcia-Guerrero pleaded guilty to one count of illegal re-entry, Jackson advised the illegal alien that federal sentencing guidelines suggested a length of prison time from 27 to 33 months based on his current immigration offense and past record of dealing drugs.


At his sentencing hearing, which Breitbart News exclusively obtained a transcription of, an attorney for the federal government and Garcia-Guerrero’s attorney both agreed that a prison sentence “at the bottom of the guidelines is appropriate.”

In some cases, she even apologized to some of the kiddie-porn perverts for having to follow the statutes, which she called “substantially flawed.”


Over and over, the records reveal, Jackson made excuses for the sex fiends’ criminal behavior and cut them slack in defiance of investigators and prosecutors — and sometimes even probation officers serving her court — who argued for tougher sentences because the cases were particularly egregious or the defendants weren’t remorseful.
