This isn’t the NFL forum.Dear God.
Ya..it's the general forum...This isn’t the NFL forum.
I’m glad I could help you realize you posted this in the wrong forum.Ya..it's the general forum...
So the halftime entertainment is a key component to the NFL? Yer Dumb. Really Dumb.I’m glad I could help you realize you posted this in the wrong forum.
I know reading comprehension is a struggle for you so I’m happy to help!
There you go again showing off that 2nd grade reading comprehension. So the halftime entertainment is a key component to the NFL? Yer Dumb. Really Dumb.
I'd think anyone that considers a half time show to be a key component to football is a little gay...or a lot, not sure. There you go again showing off that 2nd grade reading comprehension.
Tesoro doing what he does best when called out for posting something dumb: project!
You’re the only person who mentioned the half time show being a key component to football.I'd think anyone that considers a half time show to be a key component to football is a little gay...or a lot, not sure.
For the record, I didn't think it was bad, but I do think I'll forget it by 2027. He should have included "Alright" in the set.
Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City is an outstanding album and everything modern hip hop should strive to be.I like a handful of his older songs like Swimming Pools and Money Trees. None of his newer stuff is really my taste. I understand why he's popular, but also think that the Super Bowl performance should cast a wider net in terms of target audience. Even the West Coast hip hop medley of a few years ago had a number of timeless songs featured that more casual music fans could enjoy.
Or have an actual appreciation and understanding of music beyond what is "cool"I'm going to say most of the people who didn't like the halftime show fit into two categories, or both. White and/ or old.
I think we all have to have an acknowledgement, maybe not appreciation. Our parents thought the music we grew up with was garbage too. I grew up when rap music was getting going in the 80's and 90's and I'll guarantee my Dad probably didn't like it. Funny things, eh?Or have an actual appreciation and understanding of music beyond what is "cool"
Talking isn't music. It's really that simple.I think we all have to have an acknowledgement, maybe not appreciation. Our parents thought the music we grew up with was garbage too. I grew up when rap music was getting going in the 80's and 90's and I'll guarantee my Dad probably didn't like it. Funny things, eh?

Didn't you learn anything from DEI? We were taught Black people couldn't be racist , but here we are.I'm going to say most of the people who didn't like the halftime show fit into two categories, or both. White and/ or old.
If Kendrick Lamar isn't music, "Walk This Way" and "Rapture" aren't music.Talking isn't music. It's really that simple.
This isn't "I don't like that genre of music". This crap isn't music...it's actually the opposite of music.
Great take. I’d give it a C+, but I admit my preference for Kendrick’s music likely adds some positive bias.It was a political performance that appealed to less than 15% of the Countries population and it really wasn't that good at that........ C- at best
My first impression was that it was terrible, but I came to the conclusion that it was not music at all. It was boring though. How can anyone think that was entertaining?Talking isn't music. It's really that simple.
This isn't "I don't like that genre of music". This crap isn't music...it's actually the opposite of music.
Political? Who was it supposed to influence? It was a political performance that appealed to less than 15% of the Countries population and it really wasn't that good at that........ C- at best
At the end of the day, it's always about money. If there ever comes a time when these networks or sponsors LOSE money pushing this agenda, then it will stop. Most of us just don't pay attention or stay quiet, which is fine. The network's issue now is if they DON'T have things that appeal to the fringe audience, they get offended and do not hesitate to scream loud. And if that segment is big enough, it hurts companies in the pocket book.Didn't you learn anything from DEI? We were taught Black people couldn't be racist , but here we are.
Coming from a really old white guy who has seen the P-Funk 4 Times, Ludacris, Snoop Dog, LL COOL J, BB King 3x, Buddy Guy 8x, had his picture taken with the Black Pumas and seen so many other Black musical artists it would take me a hour or more to make the list and another 2 to type it. Got more Pictures and autographs from Black artists than i can remember .
