:) With pitchers and catchers reporting in a week from monday, what teams will be the leaders, who will be the upstarts.
I know Wadsworth has some holes to fill because of graduations. CF, Catcher and 2nd Base.

Went well, weather was great. Had some big bats show up. Looking at the youngin's that are coming up. also scrimmaged St. V indoor at spano last night. Was showing some rust. Too many errors on both sides.
 
Had final scrimmage against Brunswick Last night. Come from behind victory for Wadsworth. Winning 8-3.
JV had first and only against Brunswick also, winning 7 to 3.
Season starts for real tomorrow against North Royalton DH 11 and 1
Good luck Grizzlies.
 
Wadsworth drops 2 to North Royalton. 4-3 and 6-3, Beery and Weaver taking the losses. Lots of errors.
Win against Revere. Ladd wp and Weaver Save
Against Highland Loss 3-2, Gabby pitched a great game.
Face wooster on friday.

So wadsworth is 1-3? Wow - tough start. Who is Gabby - Highland or wadsworth. I thought Stacy Ladd was their star pitcher last year - is she being challenged by these others?

Hoover beat Wooster 9-0 last weekend. Hoover freshman Caly Russo through a one hitter in her first varsity start.

Gabby Mizner (1-0) Highland Pitcher
 
Gabby is a great kid and fierce competitor, dd has faced off with her numerous times over the years, always a great matchup.
 
Tallmadge won... scored a run in the 7th to win it. Green pitched Jackson and not Woody. Maybe Woody'll get the nod in the next round?

Congrats to Wadsworth for another great year. Sectional Champs. I was able to see my first game this year (New Job bad hours) tuesday as Wadsworth had senior night against Tallmadge, both class programs. It was neat to hear the two head coaches talking and respecting each other kids. I was also very impressed with how all the kids for wadsworth got opportunities to contribute to the win. Hope to see more games next year should be fun Wads is very young and have most of their team back.
