Ok, Elder guy here, looking for suggested readings on Jesuits and the "men for others" philosophy. Thanks if any help.
Most of Jesuit philosophy comes straight from St. Ignatius with a little influence from Francis Xavier and a few others, but mostly Ignatius. A good place to start would be with The Spiritual Exercises
Thank you!
Gotcha. Pretty much anything written by St. Ignatius will tell him all he needs to know. For a religion assignment for my son, FYI.
I would read Fr. Arrupe's speech where he coined the term. In some ways it was a Vatican II moment for the SJ. I googled it and found it here.Ok, Elder guy here, looking for suggested readings on Jesuits and the "men for others" philosophy. Thanks if any help.
