Okay, this is coming from a player in the club division who has played aganist Springboro.
1. Club division isn't that good, there are some studs on Dayton and Anderson but thats about it.
2. You are not the best team in state history, or club history or even in your division, you'd be lucky to snag 4th place
3. Okay you've gotten better since last year, I would hope so usually when you play a sport longer you get better
4. If you were really good you'd let your playing do the talking. I can't wait to play you guys this year.

First year team

We are getting ready to play in the Club Division (South) this year. What is a reasonable expectation as far as wins/losses for a first year squad? I think we have scheduled around 14 games. What did some of you other 1st year Club teams do your first year?

I agree. A 1st year club is just getting your program going. As your fellow classmates recognize what a great sport it is, they will come out and your numbers and program should get better. Do you have a youth feeder program? That will help down the line.

Feeder program

Yes. The kids started around 4 or 5 years ago. This is the first group in HS and most of the team are Freshmen. None of the Jr's or Sr's have played except for 1 or 2 of them. Moving forward things will be fine. This first year could be a little rocky but who knows?

Thats a good thing. It will not be long. Is this at Fairfield?

Have fun on 5/3

Comet, Yes it is. I think we open with you on Sat!

Awesome. The more kids with crosses in hand the better. The more schools that add this sport only adds to the exitement and exposure. Good luck this year.

This is a long time away, but your 6th grade goalie is the best I hve seen at that age group in the area. He is awesome.

Elder's first season was last year...
they went 8-6.
They only had a few kids on entire team with prior experience,
Club division has smaller schools with kids who have stick skills but not very athletic....
Set your goals high

Yes, a stout challenge indeed. It's a very good thing that X is in the Midwest league now. Better competition is always good.

It will be good. The Ann Arbor Pioneer Lacrosse Club looks tough too. They were 18-4 last year. I see you have them the night Moe plays WRA.
