Walk straight into the 800 hallway until the hallway ends.
The wrestling room is to the right.
The locker room is to the left.

Warm Up 3:15 pm - 3:35 pm
Start wrestling around 3:45 pm
The wrestlers will be split into two to three groups.
One group will be wrestling while the other group(s) are in the hallway.
Format of each round: 1:30 neutral start
1:30 referee’s position
1:30 referee’s position
1:30 takedowns only
Four to five rounds of wrestling. 24 - 30 minutes of live wrestling.
