3 OT?Riverside 36, Martinsburg 35 Final
That better have been vanilla or if not alot of vanilla, Eds is leaps and bounds better25 Moeller
10 St. Ignatius
Final
Alot of vanilla by Moeller with St Eds up next week and scouts in attendance. 2 fumbles and an interception. St. Ignatius 4 interceptions, most late in the game.
Agreed. Looked like they threw the ball a lot. That better have been vanilla or if not alot of vanilla, Eds is leaps and bounds better
It is the stadium for parma schools, and yes there are lights, it has hosted night games and playoffs for decades. The game was at 4pm, most of field was in sun, I was there, not sure where you saw an issueDoes that St. Ignatius stadium have lights? It looked like they were playing in an unlit parking lotor someone's backyard.
There was a lot of shadow when I tuned in the 2nd half.It is the stadium for parma schools, and yes there are lights, it has hosted night games and playoffs for decades. The game was at 4pm, most of field was in sun, I was there, not sure where you saw an issue
Video may have been deceptive, wasn't the case in person at all and sure wasn't the cause of the turnover machineThere was a lot of shadow when I tuned in the 2nd half.
No OT.3 OT?
I call BS. Moeller scored their last TD with under 2:30 to go after St. Ignatius gave them a short field of seven yards. HS coaches cannot "play vanilla" or "close to the vest" to begin with; especially without a 50-point lead. And they certainly wouldn't do that with a team like St. Ignatius - that's just being disrespectful. You can say Moeller played badly or that Ignatius played well, but saying a team intentionally played vanilla is simply a melted sundae. Moeller has nothing to be ashamed of in a close game...they'll get their chance to regroup and go up against St. Edward. I agree with any pundit that states next week's game just may be a preview of the DI state championship.25 Moeller

Byers Field?Does that St. Ignatius stadium have lights? It looked like they were playing in an unlit parking lotor someone's backyard.
this is what twitter video updates looked like.Video may have been deceptive, wasn't the case in person at all and sure wasn't the cause of the turnover machine
Definitely exaggerated on video compared to in person
I thought Moeller played lousy! Nearly as poorly as they did against St X. Their special teams continue to be suspect! Stupid penalties !I call BS. They better get it together next week!
Yeah. That was typical. I was watching on whatever St. Ignatius stream provided, not Twitter. I must've watched parts of two dozen college games on streams. None were like that.
I have broadcast several games in that press box and it is horrible. It faces directly into the sun and the height of the home side vs the rather small bleachers on the visitors side provides little to no protection for the cameras. They have to really shut down their apertures or all you would see is white light. In doing so, it appears on camera to be dark when the opposite is actually true. The press box would be on the other side in a perfect world.Does that St. Ignatius stadium have lights? It looked like they were playing in an unlit parking lotor someone's backyard.

Lights are not the greatest, but are ok. Not like the video. Moe has more to worry about than the lights if they play like they did against Ignatius.Definitely exaggerated on video compared to in person
Lights also were not on yesterday. Should they maybe have been after 6pm hit, maybe. Would it have made a difference, maybe, maybe not. But, yes, the video was much more exaggerated shadows than in realityLights are not the greatest, but are ok. Not like the video.
