Attached is my current compilation of the 1937 State meet results so the community can see where this huge project is leading. I think I'll be releasing the 1908-1929 period later this year in its first edition release, and I tentatively plan to release additional 20-year span additions each year along with updates to previous releases.

Tentatively
Fall 2025 - 1908-1929 rel. #1
Fall 2026 - 1930-1950 rel. #1, 1908-1926 updates
Fall 2027 - 1951-1970 rel. #1, 1908-1950 updates
etc.

I'm including the link to OHSAA's results by comparison.

Class B
5th place in the mile, name would be Harold Kaser. I found an article from the East District Class B meet where he won the mile (5:02.4) and also the 440 (55.8). Keene HS was in northern Coshocton County. A few decades later, Keene would be part of a consolidation that established (Warsaw) River View HS.

Thank you guys. I've updated the file with that information and uploaded above. I'm going to do the same with other results soon for community input.

I'm a solid 7 years into this project, and a couple of the biggest challenges has been tracking down old school names based on township names. There are many duplicate township names throughout the state amongst the 88 counties. Another big set of rabbit holes have been the numerous misspellings of names on the OHSAA site & the many newspaper reports of the day that were certainly "phoned in" to local news services of the day. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent trying to get the spelling correct on thousands of names.

One thing I've begun recently is developing a county-by-county database of the schools, using many great resources like OldOhioSchools.org. I'm including old school mascots and school colors where I can find the information. Case-in-point, Cleveland East Technical were called the Carpenters prior to their modern name the Scarabs. I don't know when the change happened, but I'm looking. Its another "fun" rabbit hole to go down learning about a lot of these old local schools and seeing how the school consolidations wiped out all these old small schools.
