Times:
Session 1 | 2nd - 6th | 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Session 2 | 7th - 12th | 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Session 1 is geared toward athletes who are entering grades 2nd - 6th. Session 2 is geared toward athletes who are entering grades 7th - 12th. All athletes should bring a water bottle, proper footwear, headgear, and athletic apparel.
