Region 4 Final: Moeller(28-3) vs. Elder(23-8) 5:00pm at Xavier University

Moeller took 2 of 3 from Elder in the regular season. I would expect Atticus Wood to pitch for Elder. He went 6 innings in Elder's lone win against Moeller in the regular season. Schoster would also be available who pitched very well in the extra inning game vs. Lebanon. For Moeller, Hueber pitched yesterday so he is out. Klosterman gave up 8 hits, 6 runs against Elder in a prior game. I think that points to sophomore Zion Theophilus to get the start for Moeller. He is 5-0 on the season with a .89 era, .788 whip, and 49 K in 39.1 innings. He has not pitched against Elder this season.

Elder can pull off the upset like they did yesterday. They are playing well right now. I like the winner of R4 as the favorite to win state.
