AREA SCOUTS TO HOLD MEETING ON HOW TO GET RECRUITED
at MUSKINGUM COLLEGE
We know for a fact that many local athletes have the ability, desire, and talent to play their sport at the college level. We also know many never get a chance to play after high school because college coaches never come to see them play and never contact them.
For that reason, local scouts from National Scouting Report, Greg Hamilton, Randy Diesz, and college coach Mick Amicone and current recruiting coordinator at Muskingum College, will hold the first free informational session at the Fieldhouse, on Saturday April 19th, at 1 P.M. This meeting will assist any high school junior or sophomore athletes. Topics to be discussed are the N.C.A.A.Clearinghouse form, what it takes to play at the different college levels, how to get recruited, when college coaches start looking at athletes, how to get financial aid, and much more.
Any athlete, male or female, who plays any sport, parents, coaches, and athletic directors are urged to attend. Space in the classroom is limited, so please call the Fieldhouse to register at 740- 454-2224.
