Qualifying to Regionals in All 17 Events

In looking through a few district meets' results this weekend, I noticed a boys team accomplished the feat of qualifying athletes to regionals in all 17 events. To me, that is pretty remarkable. Not only does a team have to have the athletes available to achieve this, but the coaching staff has to do a good job of evaluating their athletes' talents, put the athletes into the correct events, and prepare them to perform their best at this time of the season.

I am looking to get a sense of exactly how common or rare this situation is. Please share any other instances when this has occurred, past or present.

This is a great accomplishment for the Bulldogs. This is often the goal for us.... to qualify or to score in every event at districts. Generally, would rather get 3rd/4th in every event than to win some events and not advance in others at the District level. In 2018 our boys qualified in 14 of the 17 events and the 3 events that were not qualifiers were 5th places at the District. When I complained about the "close ones", my wife reminded me to celebrate those efforts because the kids deserved praise for good efforts. Our girls also scored in every event at districts a couple times in the late 90's,(before the girls pole vaulted) but have never qualified in more than 14. I would think that qualifing is every event is a pretty rare occurance.
