Ohio All Star Fantasy Meet

Ok, here is how it works... the top 8 overall high school swimmers in the state. They each compete in every high school event. The meet is scored as if it the State Final (20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11) and using personal best times.

After all 8 events, we tally up the points and we have a winner!

I have 7 of the participants chosen, but need help picking the 8th.

No doubt Palazzo will win, but Kevin George seems to stand above the rest to claim the 8th spot. I'm not sure how good he is in other strokes besides freestyle, however.
 
Rutter made it back at Juniors this year. He also is faster than George in the 200 free. Pick any event and he could be a finalist at D1's state.
