Did Leonard forget how to play football? That sack on 3rd down as AWFUL.

ND has been fortunate so far. Botched punt but a timely INT to prevent a score.

Seems like Morrison has taken a step back too but I was split screening with the UM-USC game and it was the first ND game I saw this year so maybe it was just a few bad moments I noticed.

The injuries are piling up, and it still feels like there’s a ceiling with Riley Leonard at QB. Credit to Louisville for keeping it interesting with some great throws and catches yesterday.

Leonard is probably going to have some solid games, and then some real crappers. The onus is on the coaches to call games where he is likely to succeed.

Deuce Knight flips to Auburn. Some expected this. Still a heavy blow as most QBs in this class worth anything are gobbled up and have NIL deals.

I’m not claiming ND is the most inspiring, innovative offense out there. But I don’t know how you can have watched Auburn’s offense this season and decided it’s a better fit for you.

I think he’ll ultimately end up at Ole Miss or Florida if Lane takes that job.

And never forget, Riley Leonard is a limp wristed failure with a weaker arm than an average HS QB.
