Eastlake North and Willoughby South will host six JV/Girls events this season. We are looking for teams to join us. If you are interested, please email Ray Canale at ray.canale@weschools.org or Sean Jackson at artzeus1234@yahoo.com with questions or dates that your JV team or Girls would like to join us on a particular date.
North and South JV and Girls Matches
When: 3 dates at South and 3 dates at North with a 6:00 pm start
Where: Willoughby South wrestling room and Eastlake North wrestling room
Why: To get JV guys and girls at least 2 matches in a 2-2 ½ hour event.
Officials: 2 Officials
Mats: 2 mats
Cost: $50.00 per school. Maximum number of JV's per school is 14 for $50.00. If 9 or less, it is $5.00 per wrestler.
Match Time: 1-2-2
Maximum matches: 25 per mat (max 50 matches total). Wrestlers will be placed in 3 man pools or matched up by weight. Weights will be combined if needed. No one will wrestle up more than one weight class per rule.
End time: Hard cut off at 8:30pm
Max number of wrestlers: 50 for 5-6 schools.
