I'm happy for Napoleon Lady Cats advancing to the division II state final game. They were undefeated last year and all set to play their state semi-final game when everything came to a screeching halt due to the pandemic.

Vinton county has a population of just over 13,000! McArthur has 1,700 people. Battle of the little towns!

There is only one school district/high school in Vinton County. The district covers over 400 square miles. The district is large but sparsely populated. There is one stop light in the entire county. If there were no covid restrictions, I can pretty well guarantee half of the county would be in Dayton today.
