Milford High School (Milford, OH) is seeking the next leader of our high school wrestling program. Milford is a D1 school in Southwest Ohio (enrollment of around 2200+) and competes in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference (ECC).

Salary range the the head coach position is $7,876-$14,872 based on experience.

We are currently building a new $12.5 million dollar indoor fieldhouse with a brand new wrestling room that will house 3 full size mats and have 3 gyms right next to it.

Nice looking job pretty large pay range but the new facility sounds good. When is the building to be completed? When is the last good wrestler that they had, state qualifier?
 
2023 state qualifier; 190# Nick Scally 12 - Milford (41-9)

returning 2023 district qualifiers:
132, 150, 165

132# Kenley Robinson 10 - Milford (23-17)
150# Adam Clayton 11 - Milford (29-15)
165# Austin Holman 11 - Milford (36-7)
 
Do they have numbers at all, 3 district qualifiers not bad but only one state qualifier and he was senior out of the weakest district in the state. Hopefully they have a strong junior high and youth program to pair with the underclasman because the facility sounds like it could attract the right guy. Best of luck to Milford!
 
A very strong youth wrestling program. I think the Jr. High Coach is in the building and they have been solid locally for the past few years. HS teams have been more competitive in the past 5ish years than previous 20. Hate seeing the Robbins building go, but that new facility is sick!!
