So far Mason's only win is at 103. Gonzalez, Luria, McIntyre and Mescher all lost in 1st round. No match was even close. Mescher gets pinned by a 4 seed out of Loraine district I think.

Overall, the boys out of the Fairfield district are not doing well so far.

Update: Walden loses first round match 5-0.

Victoria only Mason wrestler to make out of first round. he won his match 2-1 over 4 seed.
 
Winning his next match not only guarantees placement, but also puts Reuben in excellent positioning for a spot in the finals.. GOOD LUCK BUDDY! as well as good luck to the rest of the comets still competing!
 
Mason's got THREE state placers this year.. Reuben lost his semi's match so the worst he could do is 6th. Brian Luria is set for his 7th/8th place match, and Aaron Walden is still in the hunt for 3rd... Needs to win 2 more to get into that match, but is guaranteed at least 8th at this point..GOOD JOB COMETS!
