Lakota East beats Fairfield by 41 pts. w/out Head Coach. Congrats to Lakota East players and fans. No Tazzie shaw in Stats, Any info on this?
Thats embarrassing for Fairfield !
Looks Like you can beat Fairfield even without a Head Coach

Oak Hills couldn't beat Fairfield (or many opponents) with Pat or Geno as their coach. I think they are averaging 28 ppg. So your argument was pretty weak. You are right, Oak Hills wouldn't experience they same luck.....
 
When your Head Coach / Leader is not there, it is sometimes hard for a team to perform to their normal standard of Play . But not Lakota East ! Kudos to Lakota East players and Coaching staff . I hope Lakota East keeps winning because it makes the GMC stronger and more interesting. Tazzie Shaw would have made the game a 61 pt win

As for misstified3134 comments on Fairfield, Fairfield will be in the bottom of the GMC. Anything is possible when you play a poor coached team and lack of team play

I am all about keeping it real during a game. I think that most coaches do pull their starters with a big lead, but not all. Some are stat coaches, trying to build their kids personal stats. I am also a realist. I have been on both sides of blowouts. "If you don't like to lose, get better".....Fairfield made a hire on a coach who they thought was going to come in and raise the program high. There was a reason he was let go by Ursuline. Rae is an outstanding player and she will keep her head high. She will be in a much better place next year!

Lakota East is pretty darn good. Even putting in bench players, they are good. You can't tell your subs not to play hard. They were just that much better than Fairfield.....won't be the first blowout this year, won't be the last....
