Per Madison Local Schools, D1 Mansfield Madison will name Chris Armstrong as head coach replacing Tim Mergel pending board approval. Coach Armstrong has served as an assistant under Mergel.

He was an assistant at Lakota this past season. I remember him being on Alt's staff at Genoa. Not sure if he left when Alt stepped down or if it was prior to that.

Per multiple sources, Nathon Loney non-renewed as head coach at D2 Shelby. The Whippets went 20-4 this past season losing in a regional semifinal to Lima Shawnee.
