If it's illegal for Trump to investigate Joe Biden...

 
He is not investigating Biden. He is asking Ukraine to hold a news conference on CNN to say they are investigating. The key part is the news conference he gives two sheets about an actual investigation and if he did why have Ukraine and not the US government, who BTW have already investigated it. Actually trump prefers corruption and has a long track record himself of practicing corruption (See settlement for Trump U and Trump Charities)
 
You do know Biden is on record bragging about using quid pro quo to get the Ukranian prosecutor fired, right Happy? Its on tape, Biden's laughing about it, the whole thing. Obama approved. Now was that corruption or just good diplomacy?

Um....are you this dense? Obama did ask a foreign country to investigate Trump. And there was no money withheld. Ukraine admitted that.

And unless Trump personally couches the request for a public declaration of such an investigation as a bribe AND of a candidate and not as a former elected official abusing his power, there is no compelling case to make. Nancy KNEW this, and only acted because the Party bosses MADE her announce the impeachment inquiry without a good case. Duh.


She just admitted publicly - much like her old slip of "We'll have to pass it (ACA), and then we can find out what is in it". - that the Democraps have "been working on Impeaching Trump for over 2 and a half years". She knew that the "case" still wasn't ready. For the Dem Party Bosses, this jump was about greasing the machine with cash by LOOKING like they are #Resist-ing in some big way. Fail, but a bunch of activity.

They jumped the gun and screwed the pooch. I personally believe it was driven by the timing stage of the overall campaign season for all of Nancy's Party. It gets the donor cash moving. It is much like secure neocon 'Pubs being never-Trump and willing to scrifice the 2016 POTUS election. They are out, too. This is going to flip just like the anti-Brexit Parliment just did. Ignore the People to your own peril.

What was done by the Democrats is much, much worse. Using the FBI and intelligence agencies to go after a political adversary with made up evidence is what the Soviet Union did to its own citizens with the KGB. This is so much more serious and dangerous to a free country than Watergate ever was.

So prove it was wrong and stop crying about it. If Obama violated the law, why haven’t the republicans pursued it?

This is what I find alarming, that Hate Trumpsters are so ate up with TDS they are completely ignoring just how corrupt the Obama administration was and its still going on. Both parties have their share of scandals and covert activity, but what is being uncovered by this new administration about the previous administration should alarm all Americans. It's pretty obvious why they want Trump out of the White House, it's because he is exposing a lot of the corruption that exists in DC. That's why there are Rhinos not cooperating with him as well because they are part of the problem as well.
