I am NOT impressed with the 49ers

This team will go 1 and done in the playoffs. They should be blowing the Steelers out right now but can't score in the red zone or pressure the quarterback. This is a pathetic effort.
 
 
They need to get a back up QB that can be trusted, or build an Oline that can provide an ounce of protection. Ben should not have played on that ankle. He looked like . I would say he definitely did more harm than good by playing, but the options are 37 year old Charlie Batch and Dennis Dixon, who is a pretty bad passer. Leftwich is on IR, but I really don't have much confidence in him, either.

Don't care. I laugh uncontrollably when I see or hear a Steeler fan belly aching about their team. Go enjoy your past and future dumb luck.
 
I was impressed with the 49er defense in the second half. Alex Smith made some bad throws in the red zone early, but made some big throws in the 4th quarter. I wish they would've hit Roethlisberger more. Maybe go after his ankle and put him on the shelf indefinitely.

I heard SanFran was doing everything they could to impress you next week. They said their win wasn't good enough, next week they gotta impress ChazzMichaelMichaels from Yappi, in Ohio.

Speaking of both teams, I have to think that Aldon Smith & Von Miller are neck & neck for Rookie Defensive Player of the Year.

Aww, sh#t...forgot that Tebow is the only "member" of the Denver team that counts...
 
I think Peterson's impact has been more on special teams. He only has two picks.

The Browns' Jabaal Sheard would be a longshot/darkhorse with 7.5 sacks.

Well he (Tebow) was the only one who showed up to play on Sunday vs. the Pats.
 
Hardly. Denver's defense wasn't as bad as the score, IMO, as the offense and special teams essentially spotted the Pats 13 points in the second quarter due to all of the fumbles. Demaryius Thomas also had over 100 yards receiving again.
 
9/26 fumbling, not seeing wide open receivers, throwing over the head and short of the receivers; Denver needs a QB.
