The new offensive coordinator at Auburn is the guy who put the spread offense in at Hoover.
The announcers for the bowl game against Clemson kept talking about how Auburn put in a new offense in the last three weeks. Then they mentioned the coordinator and I recognized the name (I saw him talk at a clinic once -- he was phenomenal).

He was huge with high schools. Teams that hired him could pay to have three (or something like that) other teams "blacked out" from his program, so they didn't have to worry about key opponents having access to the same system (either running it themselves or knowing what they had to defend against).
