Hiland Hawks,three peat

Looking over the list of Division VI teams, I only see a few traditionally strong programs. Hiland stands out as the clear #1 and the obvious favorite, in my opinion. A few others that caught my eye:
  • Toronto
  • Hillsdale
  • Lake Center Christian
There will surely be other solid teams, but overall, Division VI looks pretty thin to me.

Lake Center Christian will be solid in D6. Nathan Bryant is one of the best pitchers in the state in any division and has a strong supporting cast.
I would think Patrick Henry, Cin Country Day, Hillsdale, Dayton Christian, Huron would be some other teams to watch in D6 as the season gets going. I'm sure I'm missing some.

Hawks have run ruled Toronto every year since covid I believe and the Red Knights are losing the player of the year and pitcher of the year in the district to graduation. Don't envision them giving Hiland much trouble.

Hiland and Waynedale were supposed to meet today 4/5 at Hiland got postponed because of our monsoon season were in right now, maybe it's better it did , like to see them play each other a little later in the season maybe a closer when tournament are to start, would be a nice tuneup before tournaments, for both teams in there own divisions

Big week for the Hawks if the weather cooperates.

Wed vs Indian Valley
Fri vs Tri Valley (D3 #25)
Sat vs Buckeye (D3 #15)
Rankings based on the latest OHSBCA poll

Hiland sweeps the week and moves to 7-0...

Hopefully if the weather would start to warm up,I think the The Hawks bats will come alive, right now it's there pitching and defense is winning some of these close games
