Jackson High School's student handbook contains the following passage -
12. By parking on school property, students consent to the search of their
vehicle by school officials. Refusal to consent to the search of the
vehicle is considered insubordination and may result in a ten-day outof-school suspension, revocation of driving privileges, and possible
recommendation for expulsion.
Does anyone know if this is a new policy. It's highlighted in the handbook.
