The St.Edward freshman team dominated the 1st half as they rushed to a 21-0 lead. The scoring was lead by Nate Oliver who had 2 touchdowns and a majority of the yards for the Eagles.

The Widcats scored their only TD of the game on a pass the was deflected by a Eagle defender into the hands of Juruvicious of St.Ignatius. The Cats went for two and came up empty.

The Eagles drove late in the game to around the Ignatius 2 yard line and instead of running up the score let time expire.

Coach Urbas...score when your on the 2 yard line with a few seconds left.

Coach, when your wrestling Walsh Jesuit and your up by 30 points. Do you telll your heavyweight to ease up and not pin the guy because you don't want to rub it in?

21-6 will keep it in the Ignatius freshman's minds that they didn't lose by much. If you get a chance the 1st time playing a class you squash them and let it be known that you own them.

Overall, Great Job coach Urbas and much respect to you and your young Eagles.
